Monochrome Maniacs--Iwo Jima Memorial

On Saturday, my cousins, mom, and I went to South Padre Island, but along the way, we stopped at Harlingen to see the Iwo Jima statue.

There is another in bronze in Washington D.C., I believe. Also, this plaster sculpture was fashioned after a very famous photograph--I'm sure you've seen the same statue or the photograph.
